| [BCB:5:Third-party support:ECB] There are two ways for a pay rate to be retrieved in Payroll: - Through a Pay Rate Table (Setup, Other tables, Pay Rate Tables)
- Employee Setup (Setup, Employees, Pays).
You also have the ability to enter the Pay Rate while entering time (Tasks, Enter Time). Print the attached reports to view pay rates issued on checks or that have been set up on the individual employee(s). The reports attached below show the following information: - The Current Pay Rates on Time Record.rpt , is a time based report that shows pay rates that were entered or prefilled during time entry for a single pay ID.
- The Current Pay Rates in Employee Setup.rpt, is an employee record based report (Setup, Employees, Pays) that shows the Pay ID, Amount, YTD Pay, YTD Units, and YTD Average Rate for a single pay ID. This is helpful if pay rate tables normally return the rate.
