  1. Open Start, All Programs, Administrator Tools, Event Viewer
  2. Select Windows Logs, System
  3. Right-click Systems
  4. Select Filter Current Log
  5. Select the following Settings:
    • Event level: = Warning
    • Event Sources: Win32k (Win32k)
    • Event IDs: 243
  6. Select OK


    NOTE: If you received a Desktop Heap failed warning message in the SystemLog, use the Knowledgebase Article 'DocLink: Cannot create a new session with a large number of users' to help resolve issue.
