Error: "No information to print." (Pay, deduction, fringe or tax was deleted from the system)
Description
Cause
Pay, deduction, fringe or tax was deleted from the system.
Resolution
  1. From the Payroll Tools menu, select Log Viewer.
  2. Review the log entries for messages "[Pay, Deduction, Fringe, or Tax] not set up Employee [Employee Id]."
  3. Set up the missing items again or delete them from the employees' setup.
    Note: If your companys Log Settings are set to "Log changes to setup information in Accounting", you can search Log Viewer for "Deduction [Deduction ID] was deleted." to find previous setup information, the same type of log is created for Pay, Fringe and Taxes.
