Cause | Pay, deduction, fringe or tax was deleted from the system. |
Resolution |
- From the Payroll Tools menu, select Log Viewer.
- Review the log entries for messages "[Pay, Deduction, Fringe, or Tax] not set up Employee [Employee Id]."
- Set up the missing items again or delete them from the employees' setup.
Note: If your companys Log Settings are set to "Log changes to setup information in Accounting", you can search Log Viewer for "Deduction [Deduction ID] was deleted." to find previous setup information, the same type of log is created for Pay, Fringe and Taxes.
