I forgot to close the month in Payroll
Description

If you process or print checks without closing the month on time, the checks may not process correctly. Deductions, fringes, or taxes that have Month to date or Quarter to date limits may not calculate correctly. The basis for these limits doesn't reset until you close the month.

Printed payroll before closing the month

If you've printed your checks:

  • Void the checks.
  • Make any corrections.
  • Continue with your Payroll workflow.
