| Cause | The SM DSNs do not exist on the workstation that MyAssistant Designer is installed on. |

Option 1 - Open Service Management on the server.
- Select Reports, Work Orders, Work Orders in Progress.
- Click Close to close the preview.
- Exit Service Management.
- Relaunch Sage MyAssistant and proceed through the Sage MyAssistant user configuration manager.
Option 2 - Launch ODBC Administrator from Start, All Programs, ODBC, 32bit ODBC Administrator.
- Click the System DSN tab.
Note: If the SM DSNs that exist on the server do not exist in this list, they must be added. - Click Add.
- Select Pervasive ODBC Client Interface, click Finish.
- Copy and paste the Data Source Name of the SM DSN on the server to the workstation.
- Change Server Name/IP to the MyAssistant server name.
- Click Get List under Database Name.
- Select the SM DSN from the list.
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps for any additional missing SM DSNs.
- Click OK when finished.
