| Reporting Trees are missing after upgrading Sage Intelligence. |
Steps to duplicate | Using ABC company,
**In Sage Intelligence version 4.40:**
1. Copy Report Designer Add-In 1-0
2. Rename report to REPORTING TREE
3. Generate REPORTING TREE report
4. In Task Pane Click Trees and click Manage
5. Click Add and create ABC Locations reporting tree.
6. Enter the following and click Apply then Ok:
- Company Filter= ABC
- Name= Sales East
- Acct Filter Rule= ???-01-??
- Company Filter= ABC
- Name= Sales West
- Acct Filter Rule= ???-02-??
7. Enter the following parameters at the top of sheet1:
- Year= 2010
- Period= 5
- Company= ABC
- Report Tree= ABC Locations>Sales East
8. Pull the following formula into sheet1:
- Accounts
- Actual YTD
9. Edit the formula to point to the applicable cells setup in step 7.
10. Create & Link Template to the REPORTING TREE report
11. Regenerate report to confirm Reporting Trees are included in report.
12. Right Click on REPORTING TREE report and click Export Report.
**In Sage Intelligence version 4.5 or 5.0:**
*Note: This version must be pointing to a different Repository folder than steps above.
Using ABC company,
1. Right Click on Home and click Add Folder
2. Create Reporting Tree folder
3. Right click on folder created in step 2 and click Import Report
4. Generate REPORTING TREE report
5. Note error received, "#error: reporting tree [xxx doesnt exist]" (xxx=Reporting Tree Name) |
