- Start the ODBC Administrator using one of the following methods:
- 32 bit OS: Right-click Start, select C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe
- 64 bit OS: Right-click Start, select C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
- Select the User DSN and System DSN tab and remove all entries that correlate with a BusinessWorks company name and end in _ODBC.
- Select Yes, when the following message appears: "Are you sure you want to remove the [Data Source Name] data source?".
- Select OK to close the ODBC Data Source Administrator window.
