Nothing happens when I click the program icon and Actian Zen is not started
Description
Cause

Actian Zen database engine is not running.

Resolution
  1. Follow How to stop or start the Actian / Pervasive service. If on a network, perform this on the server first, and then on the workstation(s).
  2. Verify that you can open Sage 50 Accounting.
