- SAP Crystal Reports: Crystal Reports 2020. Crystal Reports 2020 requires a 64-bit DSN connection with is only available with Sage BusinessWorks 2023 or higher

- Configure your antivirus software to exclude Sage BusinessWorks files with MKD and DDF file extensions
- Configure your firewall to allow inbound and outbound connections through ports 1583 and 3351
