| Cause | | The entries are rejecting. The most common reasons are that the entries are to a future month or that the job is either missing or in use. |
| Resolution | Note: Job Cost posts entries by the Accounting date. If periods are not used, then entries will post to the past and one month into the future of the Job Cost Current month. If periods are used, entries will not post to the future. - Review the posting journal for the reason for the rejection.

- Have everyone exit the software and try posting again.
