The default Rent Roll reports included with Property Management print for current leases only. The attached PMRentRollRollback.rpt uses the lease Actual Move In and Actual Move Out dates to determine what leases are current at the As of Date.

You can also use the attached PMVerifyLeaseDates.rpt to verify the lease Actual Move In, Actual Move Out, Actual Lease Start, and Actual Lease End dates.

Add the reports to your PM reports menu to make them easier to run in the future.

 EXAMPLE: A lease with a Current status, but with an Actual Move Out or Actual Lease End date, is incorrect. A lease where the Actual Move In date is after the Actual Move Out date is incorrect. If the dates are wrong on the leases, then the PMRentRollRollback report gives incorrect results. When two leases occupy the same unit at the same time, both leases will print. If that's correct for the unit, then you don't need to do anything. If it's not correct, then fix the dates on the leases.
