Use the attached PMRentRollRollback.rpt. For downloading the report and adding to your PM reports menu, refer to article How do I save, add, and print a report design?.

 NOTE:

  • The default Rent Roll reports included with Property Management are for current leases only.
  • This report uses the lease Actual Move In and Actual Move Out dates to determine what leases are current as of the As of Date.
  • Also attached is the PMVerifyLeaseDates report to verify the lease Actual Move In, Actual Move Out, Actual Lease Start, and Actual Lease End dates.
EXAMPLE: A lease with a Current status but has an Actual Move Out or Actual Lease End date would be incorrect. Or a lease where the Actual Move In date is after the Actual Move Out date would be incorrect. If the dates are incorrect on the leases, then the PMRentRollRollback report will give incorrect results. If two leases occupy the same unit at the same time, both leases will print. If that is correct for the unit, then you do not need to do anything. If it is not correct, then the dates will need to be fixed on the leases.
