Although it is possible to print to thermal printers (such as Dymo® or Zebra® brand, or the Brother® QL series), thermal and label printers are not supported nor tested for Sage 100.

Note: Forms often have to be heavily modified via Crystal Reports Designer to customize paper size and alignment to the specifics of the brand and model and paper/label size. This requires expertise in Crystal Reports and minute adjustments and extended iterations of trial-and-error.. Sage Customer Support does not assist with creating or troubleshooting custom Crystal Reports forms or reports. You may want to consider enlisting the assistance of a qualified technician or local channel partner.
