  • Table-driven taxes such as Federal or State income tax withholding won’t automatically self-adjust on any future payrolls
  • Percentage-based taxes such as OASDI, Medicare, FUTA, SUI, or SDI will self-adjust

Verify Allow self-adjusting is on for OASDI, MEDICARE, and FUTA

  1. PR, Taxes, Maintain Taxes.
  2. Select the Look Up and type US for the US Federal Tables.
  3. Select Allowances, Limits, and Rates.
  4. Check that Allow self-adjusting is on for these taxes.
