  2. In the bottom left: Select the *Book Field that you want to appear on the Asset List.
Note: There can be only one book's values displayed at any one time. You can change the selected book and the values in the fields will change accordingly.
  3. On the left, from the list of Available Fields: Select the fields to display and click the >> button to add the field to the Asset List.
  4. You can change the display order by highlighting a field and using the Up or Down buttons. You can also highlight one or more fields and drag them up or down.
  5. Click OK to save changes.

To set up the My Views list (2023.0 and higher) after customizing the asset list:

  1. Click the My Views button in the upper right below the version.
  2. Type a name in the Enter view name and click Add.

In the My Views dialog:

  • To see the view: Highlight a listed view and click Apply. The Asset List will display the saved view
  • To Delete a view: Highlight the view and click Delete
  • To Rename a view: Type a name in Enter view name: then highlight the view to rename and click Rename

For Sage Fixed Assets version 2023.0 and higher the My Views will save an Asset list. You can apply it to all companies and databases accessed from the local system. You can also copy it to other systems in your company.
