Unposted entries exist for this commitment.

 

Post entries for the applicable commitments:

 

1. Use windows Task Manager to close Job Cost.
2. From the Job Cost Tasks menu, select Post Entries and click Start.
3. Review the Post Entries journal for any rejecting entries.
4. From the Job Cost Inquiry menu, select Entries, All Entries and select the New File.
5. Add a condition for the Commitment and confirm there are no unposted entries.
6. From the Job Cost Tasks menu, select Commitments.
7. Select the commitment and click Delete Commitment.

If the problem persists, archive the commitment:

1. From the Job Cost Tasks menu, select Commitments.
2. Select the commitment.
3. Change the Amount or Pretax Amount for each line item to 0.00.
4. Click Save Commitment and Finish.
