Resolution
  • Locate a backup of the System files and restore to your new computer or server. See How to restore company data or system files
  • If you have access to the Sage BusinessWorks program at the older computer, do backup of the System files and restore to the new computer
  • Once the System files have been restored, you will need to log out of the Sage BusinessWorks program and log back in again
