Why are my Accounts Receivable Aging reports still showing invoices that I've adjusted off? (Accounting date is in the future)
Description
Cause

When issuing an adjustment there are two separate fields for date. One is for accounting date and the other is the adjustment date. Aging reports are by default dependent on the accounting date (It is typically recommended that you use the same date in both screens when issuing Adjust receivables adjustments).

Or the wrong accounting date was used when you issued the adjustment.

Resolution
  1. Change your Aging as of Date to the date you used as your accounting date when you issued your adjustment and re-run your aging report (Should this not remove the invoices from your aging report, follow the next step to confirm the accounting date that was used).
  2. Determine the accounting date that was used for the adjustment.
