Do NOT remove Crystal Reports if you have Sage 300 CRE 18.4 or greater.
If Sage 300 CRE is on the system test if Crystal Reports works within the accounting application. For example, go to Address Book, Reports, Company Directory (CR) and preview this report. If Crystal Reports works with S300CRE ignore this error and skip installing Crystal with Sage Paperless Construction. Continue the Sage Paperless installation and test running a report after installation completes. For example, go to Retrieve, Reports, Sage Paperless Setup, User Setup Detail Report and preview this report. If Crystal Reports work in both applications nothing further is required.
If Crystal Reports is working for Sage 300 CRE you do NOT want to remove it or you will need to reinstall Crystal Reports following the steps in KB 20915 for DocLink: How do I reinstall Crystal Reports components? to reinstall the Sage 300 CRE Crystal Reports.
