Before you begin

You have Sage 300 CRE installed on the machine

If Sage 300 CRE is on the system, test if Crystal Reports works within the accounting application.

  1. Go to Address Book, Reports, Company Directory (CR).
  2. Preview this report.
  3. If Crystal Reports works with in Sage 300 CRE, ignore the original error. Skip installing Crystal with SPC.
  4. Continue the SPC installation.
  5. Test running a report after installation completes. Go to Retrieve, Reports, Sage Paperless Setup, User Setup Detail Report.
  6. Preview this report.
  7. If Crystal Reports works in both applications, you don't need to proceed with the solutions below.
