Cause

Incompatible Version: This status indicates that the database cannot convert because it has not been converted to a compatible version.

Resolution

If possible, update to an intermediate version in a different environment, and convert the databases. Download Links for products prior to 2021.1 are no longer available. Any database appearing as Incompatible Version will require a Sage Expert Services engagement to update the data. See How do I contact Sage Expert Services? for details.

Note: Backup files (*.bbk) from 2013.1 and later will restore into databases created in newer versions.
