Is there a report to show the total employee count for ACA reporting?

After installing the 2015 Year-end update, the PR ACA Monthly Employee Count.rpt report will be saved in your default Report folder:

\\ [servername]\ProgramData\Sage\Timberline Office\9.5\Accounting\Report.

This report will total by month the number of employees with an ACA Exemption Status of Full-time or Not exempt. For more information on changing the employees' status, see article 70299 "How do I set up ACA in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate?" below.
