Cause
  • Windows Server 2012 R2 virtual machine in VMware environment using E1000 or E1000e Virtual Network Card (vNIC)

  1. Install 'VMWare Tools' on Sage 100 Server
  2. Reboot Server
  3. Install 'VMXNET 3' virtual network adapter and make active adapter
  • Note: Consult the Network Administrator to ensure changes made will not affect other application(s) running on the server.
