This resolution will allow you to eFile your Federal &/or State 1099 copies
- Download and install Aatrix eFile software at https://www.aatrix.com/efile/1099/ (click Download your free Aatrix eFile software link on right side)
- Note: This Aatrix product offered is eFile services only. You will only be able to print the Payer 1099 copy when using this service. You do have the option to purchase a CD during the eFile process which would contain PDF's of all copies.
- Select the applicable 1099 type file sample and template at https://www.aatrix.com/efile/1099/importing-csv-files/
- Export AP 1099 vendor data from Sage 100 into Excel and save .csv file. See attached instructions on how to create an ODBC connection and which AP files to pull data from.
