Restore access by managing user licenses
Manage your user licenses when the grace period expires. If the grace period has already expired, assign or free a license to restore access.
Activate the grace period
When the Out of Licenses dialog appears, click Continue. This action activates the one-time seven-day grace period.
Unlicensed clients continue to function normally during this period.
After the grace period expires
- Unlicensed clients can't access the application.
- Users receive a message that the grace period has expired.
- Manage and assign available licenses so users can access the client again.
Note: You can activate the 7-day grace period only once.
