| How to reprint one or more 1099's |
Cause | After printing all of your 1099's, you have a need to reprint one or a few more. |
Resolution | You must have printed all of your 1099's first. - Go to Accounts Payable, Reports, 1099 eFiling and Reporting
- Form to use: History, Accept
- Select the file you wish to reprint from and select Edit
- You will be looking at the 1099 History File Options Window, Select Reprint Completed 1099's, Next
- The only options that will be available will be completed or finalized copies.
- Select the report you want to print: Recipient Copies, Federal Copies, State Copies or Payer Copies, Next
- For Federal or State you may select to print the original or a copy with a watermark. Next
- Select, All Recipients, Selected Recipients or Recipient instructions only,
- Make sure there are check marks next to each Vendor you wish to reprint, Next
- Print.
