Open Computer
Browse to your data path, follow Article ID 10165: DocLink:
"How to find data path and program path "
Delete or rename the following files:
ENVSESS.DAT
ENVSETNG.DAT
ENVUSER.DAT
SERIAL.DAT
SERIAL.DAT.BAK
*.LCK
*.PTL
ClientInfo.xml
Entitlements.xml
SoftwareInstallations.xml
Verify program now opens with no error
Note:
These steps should be followed on the server or computer where the data is local to it. Activation process will take place once the files are cleared. See Article ID 37114: DocLink:
