Damaged data path files

1. Open Computer
2. Browse to your data path, follow Article ID 10165: DocLink: "How to find data path and program path "
3. Delete or rename the following files:

4. Verify program now opens with no error

Note:

• These steps should be followed on the server or computer where the data is local to it. Activation process will take place once the files are cleared. See Article ID 37114: DocLink: "How to activate Sage 50 Accounting US Edition?"
• If you cannot delete all of the above files, follow Article ID 45627: DocLink: "How to close open files on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2011" or Article ID 46620: DocLink: "How to close open files on Server 2012?".
