Cause
Actian is not started.
Resolution
  1. Restart Actian Zen, following DocLink: How to stop or start the Actian / Pervasive service.
  2. Verify you can open program.

DocLink: Error: "There was a problem activating. Please try again later." or "There was a problem with the activation files for Sage 50."
