Error: "There was a problem activating..." when data path files are damaged
Description
Cause

Damaged data path files.

Resolution
  1. Open Computer
  2. Locate your data path, following DocLink: How to find data path and program path.
  3. Delete or rename the following files:
  • CLIENTINFO.XML
  • ENVSESS.DAT
  • ENVSETNG.DAT
  • ENVUSER.DAT
  • SERIAL.DAT
  • SERIAL.DAT.BAK
  • *.LCK
  • *.PTL
  1. Verify the program now opens without error.
