| Resolution | Fix Sage 100 License Update Issues - Rename the Download folder in ..\MAS90\Home\Microsoft.NET\Sage100.SLS.Client on the Sage 100 server.
- Open Sage 100, go to Library Master, Setup, System Configuration.
- Click the Update button on the Registration tab.
- If it works, Sage 100 creates a new Download folder and an XML file inside it.
- Open the XML file in Notepad to view the product key and expiration date.
- If no XML file appears, Sage 100 isn't talking to the Sage License Server.
- Try other solutions listed in the Related Solutions section below.
- Use a tool like Process Monitor to help diagnose the issue.

- If hotfixes are available, install them too
- Visit the Sage 100: Download Portal to get updates and hotfixes

- licence is British English in link, not a typo. Don’t change or the link will break
- erviceprd2.licence.sagesls.net

AmazonAWS.com Firewall and Transport Layer Security (TLD) - Use TLS 1.2 to connect. Older Sage 100 versions with TLS 1.0/1.1 can't connect
