Create a LEDES Template Client

1. Choose Names, Client Info.
2. Select the Templates tab.
3. Click New.
4. Enter LEDES in Nickname 1.
   • Change the LEDES template name to match the correct code set when you need other Code Sets.

     Bankruptcy	LEDES-B
     Counseling	LEDES-C
     eDiscovery/Extended L-CodeseDiscovery\Extended L-Codes	LLEDES
     Independent Adjusters	LEDES-IA
     Litigation Codes	LEDES
     Project	LEDES-P
     Patent	LEDES-PA
     Trademark	LEDES-TR
     Workers Comp	LEDES-WC

5. Press Apply Defaults.
6. Select Save.

Import the task code set into references

Download the LEDES import template and any required code sets from the attachments listed below.

1. Select File, Import.
2. Wait for Sage Timeslips Import to open.
3. Select File, Open, then choose the import template downloaded earlier.
4. Click through any error messages. Select the … icon next to Get data from and choose the CSV file for the needed code set.
5. Select Import.
