Complete LEDES 1998BI setup

1. Install Audit House Suite. For further information, see adding a license or add-on to Sage Timeslips Premium.
2. Create Client and Timekeeper custom fields.
3. Enter LEDES Task codes.
4. Enter LEDES Activity and Expense Codes.
5. Create the LEDES 1998BI (International) field mapping.
6. Setup Clients and Timekeepers for LEDES 1998BI (International).
7. Enter slips for LEDES 1998BI (International).
8. Generate the LEDES 1998B bill.
