Description
  • Purchase Custom Office as a separate module
  • Access Custom Worksheets and Targeted Mail Merge from SM, Utilities, Reports, or the Reports menu from within the modules
  • Access Attachment Manager from account, vendor, customer, part, employee, and job maintenance windows

  1. Custom Worksheets access from Utilities, Custom Worksheets, or the Reports menu from within the module
  2. Targeted Mail Merge access from Utilities, Targeted Mail Merge, or the Reports menu from within the module
  3. Attachment Manager  - the Paper Clip button found under each module
  • GL, Accounts, Maintain Chart of Accounts
  • AP, Vendor, Maintain Vendors
  • AR, Customers, Maintain customers
  • IC, Parts, Maintain Parts
  • PR, Employees, Maintain Employees
  • JC, Jobs, Maintain Jobs
  1. User-Defined Reports - ability to customize any user-defined report. 
    • GL - All Reports 
    • AP, Reports, Vendor Reports
    • AP, Reports, Aging Reports, Exportable Aging Report
    • AR, Reports, Customer Reports
    • AR, Reports, Item Sales by Customer Report
    • AR, Reports, Aging Reports, Exportable Aging Report
    • IC, Reports, Part Reports
    • OE, Reports, Order Reports
