Resolution | This file contains program and data path information and other user-defined settings. If this file is missing or not accessible, this message occurs. Error is received when the service pack is being installed under a different Windows profile than the original installation was performed under. To resolve to perform the following:- If you are running the service pack install the file as administrator. Log in to Windows as administrator and browse to the ...\Sage\BWProg directory on the server and run BWProfile.exe
- Once that is complete attempt the service pack install again while logged in as an administrator
- If that does not resolve log into the server or workstation where the service pack is being installed as the same Windows user that the installation was originally performed under and install the service pack
