"Error: Cannot determine path for crystal report designer program crw32.exe" or "We can't open Sage Fixed Assets - Reporting because the SAP Crystal Reports application cannot be loacted" indicates the appropriate version of Crystal Reports is not installed on the workstation.

Check in Programs and Features for:

• Crystal Reports 2016 for Sage
  OR
• SAP Crystal Reports for Sage
  • Version: 14.2.4.2410

• Sage Fixed Assets versions 2018.1 through 2023.1 use Crystal Reports 2016 for Sage. You will not need to update Crystal Reports when updating Sage Fixed Assets between these versions.
• You must uninstall all versions of Crystal Reports before installing SAP Crystal Reports 2016 for Sage.

1. Click here to visit the download site. 
2. Click the Download link, click Run or Open the download.exe file, click Run and click OK.
   Alternatively: Use direct download. After downloading and unzipping the file, right click and Run as administrator.
3. Once the download completes, Click OK, click Next, click Next, select I accept the License Agreement, click Next, select Typical, click Next, click Next. Click Next, click Next and the progress bar for the install will start.
4. Click Finish.

• Leave Check for Product Updates unchecked.
• "Fatal Error: At least one port in the range 4520-4539 must be open for the installation to proceed. Please ensure that no application or firewall is blocking this range" occurs when the setup is not run with administrative rights. Attempt to run the setup again by right clicking and seleciting Run as administrator.
