1. Make sure you make a backup of the pewin.opt file before migrating it
2. In the EMC (Estimating Management Console) Select the button "Data Migration" on the task ribbon
3. Select the check box for the migration options you would like - Enable detailed logging and Allow non-administrators
4. Hit the gray arrow on the right of the window to the Select Pervasive Databases Window
5. Browse out the location of the pewin.opt file
6. Select the Migrate button on the lower right hand corner of the screen
7. Select the gray arrow on the right of the screen again and it takes you to the Migration Event Log screen if you would like to view logs in the event of failed migration of the options file
8. Once EMC is used to migrate options files over, you will see your custom layouts in the My Layouts tab of the Spreadsheet Layouts window. To share them with other users, click the Create Shared button to create shared layouts
