1. If possible, archive the oldest fiscal year to try and lower the company database size to less than 10GB. Also, consider purging history tables in
Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor,
Advanced Settings,
Advanced Company Settings. Select the Company; then, select the number of days for which to retain history and click the
Purge History Tables button. This action removes the history (audit trail information) of all changes, edits, and modifications you've made to records and transactions in the company database. It does not remove your actual data,

If archiving the oldest fiscal year does not lower the company database to less than 10 GB, the only remaining solution is to upgrade to Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise, Standard, or Developer edition; and then, move the company database to the new SQL instance. The Enterprise, Standard, and Developer editions of Microsoft SQL Server are designed to manage company databases over 10GB in size.
