Fatal Error: Insufficient disk space on SQL Server to complete the SQL operation...insufficient disk space in filegroup PRIMARY
Description
Cause
The company file exceeds the file size limitation for Microsoft SQL Server Express edition. Microsoft SQL Server Express edition has a data-file limit of 10 GB (which is the company folder and the inside .mdf and .ldf)
Resolution
1. If possible, archive the oldest fiscal year to try and lower the company database size to less than 10GB. Also, consider purging history tables in Database Administration for Sage 100 Contractor, Advanced Settings, Advanced Company Settings.  Select the Company; then, select the number of days for which to retain history and click the Purge History Tables button. This action removes the history (audit trail information) of all changes, edits, and modifications you've made to records and transactions in the company database. It does not remove your actual data,

2. If archiving the oldest fiscal year does not lower the company database to less than 10 GB, the only remaining solution is to upgrade to Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise, Standard, or Developer edition; and then, move the company database to the new SQL instance. The Enterprise, Standard, and Developer editions of Microsoft SQL Server are designed to manage company databases over 10GB in size.

Critical Warning - This database is at 90% capacity in Sage 100 Contractor (SQL) version 20 and later
