Option 1 (Best Practice):

Upgrade to Sage Estimating 17.1 Rev 8

Option 2:

  1. Download the files and save it onto the the local machine.
  2. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86).
  3. Locate the Timberline Office folder.
  4. Backup Timberline Office Folder by right clicking on Timberline Office and choose Copy.
  5. Right click anywhere on the window and choose Paste to make a copy of the Timberline Office window.
  6. Copy the files from the download in Step 1 and paste it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\Shared folder from Step 3. (The original Timberline Office folder not the Timberline Offce copy)
  7. Choose option to Replace the files.
  8. Verify if Sage Estimating can now connect to the license.
