Why is a company missing from my list? (company folder renamed)

Rename the company folder back to its original name

  1. Browse to: \\SERVERNAME\Sage\Timberline Office\9.5\shared\config\CPL.xsr.
  2. Open file with notepad (right click and choose open with).
    • Note: This is for viewing purposes only. DO NOT MAKE EDITS TO THE CPL.XSR FILE. The in-house support tool, Company Editor, is used for the editing of this file.
  3. Locate the path to the original company file.
  4. Browse to the location found in the above step and rename the folder back to the original name company.
  5. It should now appear in the company list.
