The ts.ctl file is missing from the company folder.

Recreate the ts.ctl file

1. In File Explorer, navigate to the company folder that isn't showing up on the specified list.
2. Go to the folder PVData, then into ts_ctl.
3. Copy the CTL_B1.MKD.
4. Navigate back to the company folder and paste the CTL_B1.MKD file
   Note: If you are unable to paste the CTL_B1.MKD in the Company Folder and rename it, an Antivirus may be locking that path.
5. Rename CTL_B1.MKD to ts.ctl.
6. Click Yes to the message: "If you change a file name extension, the file might become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?"
7. Reopen Sage 300CRE. The company should now show up on the specified company list in the software.
