| Resolution | Before your begin: Some things that can cause the wages to calculate incorrectly on tax forms are: - taxable status of an other pay was changed mid year
- taxable status of a deduction was changed mid year
- timecard was changed in manual payroll calculation that affects taxable wages but the taxable wages were not manually updated
To correct: - You can edit or adjust the numbers manually on the form.
- For quarterly reports any field in blue is an editable field
- For W-2 reporting you can edit or adjust any numbers on the Enhanced Tax ReportingW-2 'grid'
