If you need to change a bank account name, but not change the account numbers, you can go to Cash Management, Setup, Bank Accounts. Select the bank and change the Description. You can also go to the Bank Accounts window, and change the Bank name on the Contact tab. If the routing number changes, go to Payroll, Tasks, Generate Direct Deposits, Options button the next time you generate direct deposits. You can't change the actual Bank account ID. You can set up a new bank account if you need a new ID. NOTE: You can also have a key change performed by Sage Expert Services to update the bank account ID. This is a chargeable service.
