• Sage 100 or the Windows account used to run Sage 100 does not have permission to install printers.
• The workstation does not have all essential Windows Updates installed, which may be preventing the Sage 100 PDF Converter from being installed.

• Make sure Windows User Account Control is set to "Never Notify"
  1. Open Windows, Control Panel, User Accounts
  2. Open "Change User Account Control Settings" (if needed, search for it)
  3. Set the slide bar down to "Never Notify" (the lowest setting)
• Make sure the Windows account used to run Sage 100 is an Administrator on the machine
  1. Open Windows, Control Panel, User Accounts
  2. Check the user account's status
• Make sure there are no essential Windows Updates still uninstalled
  1. Open Windows, Control Panel, Windows Update
  2. Check for updates
  3. Only after all updates are installed can you try to "Install Converter" via the PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui utility from within Sage 100
