Cause |
- Sage 100 or the Windows account used to run Sage 100 does not have permission to install printers.
- The workstation does not have all essential Windows Updates installed, which may be preventing the Sage 100 PDF Converter from being installed.

- Make sure Windows User Account Control is set to "Never Notify"
- Open Windows, Control Panel, User Accounts
- Open "Change User Account Control Settings" (if needed, search for it)
- Set the slide bar down to "Never Notify" (the lowest setting)
- Make sure the Windows account used to run Sage 100 is an Administrator on the machine
- Open Windows, Control Panel, User Accounts
- Check the user account's status
- Make sure there are no essential Windows Updates still uninstalled
- Open Windows, Control Panel, Windows Update
- Check for updates
- Only after all updates are installed can you try to "Install Converter" via the PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui utility from within Sage 100
