Methods to install the Sage PDF Converter
Description
  • User Account Control (UAC) can prevent the installation of the Sage PDF Converter.
  • It’s recommended to disable this feature temporarily, then reboot before trying any installation method. 
  • Enable UAC after installation is complete and able to create Paperless Office PDFs.

The Sage PDF Converter installation 

The installation though Workstation setup incorporates three elements:

  • Installation of the "Sage PDF Converter" Printer object in Windows.
  • Establishment of the Registry Entry under HotkeyCurrentConfig/Software/Sage PDF Converter.
  • Establishment of the CDINTF300.dll (Driver) to Windows/System32 or Windows/SysWow64.

Method to install

  1. Run workstation setup on the affected workstation.
  2.  Install the Converter from PL_AdvancedOptions_UI.
  3. Browse to the ..\MAS90\Home folder and run PDFInstall.exe. Once you’ve done this, process the additional steps located in the article Printing to Paperless Office Hangs.
  4. Using the Server's drivers to update the workstation.
