Cause
  • A laser printer is being used without the Single sheet laser check option checked in Tools, Customize Forms, Check Forms
  • Printer settings are incorrect
  • An invalid printer driver is installed
Resolution

To print checks, stubs, and direct deposit notifications on single sheet forms or to a laser printer, make sure that the Single sheet laser check box is checked in Tools, Customize Forms, Check Forms.

Note: The title of the Single sheet laser check box may be different if the field type CM Check is changed or altered in any way under File, Company Settings, Custom Descriptions.
