- Go to Applications, Common Tasks.
- Go to Tools, select Customize. Verify the Font is Courier New 12.
Note: Setting a font other than Courier New 12 may cause printing issues. - Go to Tools, select Options.
- Click the Reports tab and verify you're using the default margins. The default margins are as follows:

- Press the Settings icon.
- Select Devices.
- Select Printers & Scanners from the menu on the left.
- Left click the printer and select Manage.
- Right-click the printer and select Printer Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Select Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster.
- Select Start printing after last page is spooled.
In Windows 11 - Click the Windows Search (magnifying glass) field.
- Type Settings and open the Settings window.
- Select Bluetooth and Devices, then Printers & scanners.
- Choose the printer name.
- Choose Printer settings, Printer properties, Advanced.
- Choose Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster.
- Choose Start printing after last page is spooled.
- Click OK.
Rename the General Key Contact your system administrator for assistance. Incorrectly renaming a registry key can severely damage your Windows operating system. - Close all Sage applications.
- From the Windows Start menu, type "REGEDIT" and launch Regedit.
- In the Windows Registry Editor, browse to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Timberline/General key.
- Right-click General and select Rename.
- Rename the key to General_Old.
- Start your applications again after renaming the key.
More Troubleshooting - If the message displays when accessing a saved print file, re-create the file after performing the above steps
- Verify you loaded check stock in the proper tray in the printer. If the checks are in the manual tray, they may not print properly
- Use the PING command to verify the network printer is currently functional and fully accessible via network connection
- Access the Crystal Report margins from the Print Preview using the Page Setup button in the top left
- The TS PDF Generator can't be the default printer, and it can't be the only printer driver
