| Cause | - Damaged or missing DDF.zip file in Reports folder
- DDF.zip was deleted/corrupted by a Crypto- virus
|
| Resolution | - Close Sage 50—U.S. Edition on all computers
Note: Perform the rest of these steps at the computer hosting the Sage 50 data (the server). - Open File Explorer.
- Browse to the Sage 50 data path directory. Refer to How to find data path and program path.
- Rename Reports folder to OldReports.
- Run Repair for Sage 50, refer to How to repair the Sage 50 installation.
- Check for updates and install any outstanding updates to your current version. Refer to How to check for updates.
- Reopen Sage 50 and the company. If the error occurred while creating a new company, recreate the new company.
