Error: "An error occurred during restore..." after deleting ddf files on my company data folder
Description
Cause

DDF.zip is damaged.

Resolution
  1. Browse to the data path. Refer to How to find data path and program path.
  2. Rename the Reports folder.
  3. Run Repair. Follow How to repair the Sage 50 installation.
  4. Verify that you can now open your company.
