To create an addon for this estimate only:

1. Right-click an addon, and then select Insert One-time Addon from the shortcut menu.

The new addon Is inserted above the cursor position.

2. Complete the fields in the window. You can use [Copy] and [Prefill] for this purpose. At a minimum, you need to complete the Addon, Description, Cost bases & Selection, and Rate fields.
3. Click [OK] to insert the new addon above the cursor position.

Tips:

• You can use Edit Addon to copy an estimate addon to the standard database.

To copy an estimate addon to the standard database:

1. Right-click the desired addon, and then click Edit Addon on the shortcut menu.
2. In the Estimate Addon window, select Database as the Source.
3. Click [Add], then [Copy].
4. In the Database Addon List window, select Estimate as the Source.
5. Double-click the estimate addon from the list to place it in the Adding Database Addon window. If desired, make changes to the addon. Any changes you make affect the standard database, not the estimate addon.
6. Click [OK] to save the addon to the standard database.
7. You can copy other estimate addons in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close].

• You can rearrange the order of addons in the Totals window.

1. Click the header of the addon, category total, or subtotal you want to move.
2. Click the header again and drag the addon to its new location (a red line appears where the selection will be inserted).

Tips:

• You can select more than one addon, category, or subtotal at a time.
• You can drag and drop an addon to the Totals window from the Insert Addons window.
• You can rearrange addon, category, and subtotal rows in whatever order you choose.
• The job total row must always come last.
