Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

Before you start

You must have a standard database open.

1. Open the Database Items window in one of the following ways:
   • On the ribbon, from the Elements group on the Data tab, click Items
   • In classic view, click Database > Items
2. Click and select the item to which you want to assign a crew.
3. Make sure that either the Labor or Equipment category (or both) is selected for the item. Crews can be assigned only to items that have at least one of these categories selected.
4. Move the cursor to the Crew field, and then click and select the crew you want to assign to the item.
5. Click [OK] save the item.
6. Assign crews to other items in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close].
