Notes: - Sage Fixed Assets versions 2024.0 and above use Crystal Reports 2020 for Sage
- Uninstall all versions of Crystal Reports before installing SAP Crystal Reports 2020 for Sage
Install Reporting on the workstation where you installed the Sage Fixed Assets Single User, Network Client or Premier Client: - Click here to visit the download site.
- Use direct download. After downloading and unzipping the file, right-click and Run as administrator.
Note: "Fatal Error: At least one port in the range 4520-4539 must be open for the installation to proceed. Please ensure that no application or firewall is blocking this range" occurs when the setup isn't run with administrative rights. Attempt to run the setup again by right-clicking and selecting Run as administrator. - Once the download completes, Click OK, click Next, click Next. Select I accept the License Agreement, click Next, select Typical, click Next, click Next. Click Next, click Next and the progress bar for the install will start.
Note: Leave Check for Product Updates unchecked. - Click Finish.
