| Issues with the program after experiencing a program crash |
Resolution | Follow all steps below: - Disconnect stranded users
- Restore your most recent System and Company data backups
- If the issue occured while posting a transaction, performing a rebuild or a month end close, you should immediately restore a backup after the system comes back on line
- If you experience an error but do not know the error message and are seeing issues in the data after the error, you should immediately restore a backup
- CAUTION: Failure to restore a backup may result in damaged data that may not present itself until a future date. Support does not recommend working forward in data that was being actively worked in when an error or crash occurs
